Downtown San Francisco's New Destination Revitalizes Community

The Crossing at East Cut is a new urban project located in downtown San Francisco, designed to revitalize city life after the pandemic. It spans 3.5 acres on the site of the former SF Temporary Transit terminal. The initiative aims to unite locals and tourists through a variety of activities and amenities that focus on community engagement, wellness, and diverse entertainment options.

Recently, The East Cut was honored with the Pinnacle Award from The International Downtown Association for its outstanding contributions to urban revitalization. The Office of Economic & Workforce Development is actively involved as a sponsor and partner in this project, emphasizing its commitment to transforming the area.
