Energy Assistance Program Offers Monthly Bill Credits

The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is available to help eligible customers by providing monthly bill credits. Customers who qualify for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) will be automatically enrolled in the EAP, which ensures they receive these monthly credits on their utility bills. To check your eligibility for the program, visit the Rochester Gas and Electric website at https://www.rge.com/account/waystopay/help-with-bill.
