Buckeye Dedicates Veterans Memorial at Sundance Park

The City of Buckeye held a dedication for the Veterans Memorial at Sundance Park this past Saturday. The memorial, known as the Battlefield Cross, honors service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The Battlefield Cross symbolizes fallen comrades by featuring a rifle, helmet, and boots, reflecting the honor and respect due to those who served in the armed forces.
Community Services Director, as well as city officials, expressed gratitude to all the men and women who have served, acknowledging their honor, strength, and dedication to the community. The event brought together residents to pay tribute to veterans and recognize their contributions.
