Scottsdale Unified School District is gearing up to celebrate Grandparents Day on September 8. However, the school district will be posting to celebrate on Monday, September 9.

All grandparents are encouraged to submit a photo or video of themselves with their student to be featured in the grandparents celebration. The school district emphasizes the important role that grandparents play in shaping the success of SUSD students, providing wisdom, love, and guidance to help them excel every day.

Participants can share their submissions using the hashtag #SUSDGrandparentsDay and tag Scottsdale Unified School District. Those who do not have an SUSD grandparent are encouraged to share the post so that a family in need can have an opportunity to be featured in the celebration.

Scottsdale Unified School District aims to spread awareness and celebrate the incredible impact of grandparents in the community. Let's join together to honor and appreciate the grandparents who support and elevate excellence for SUSD students.
