**Women on Weights Series Expands at Brighton Recreation Center**

Brighton, CO - The Brighton Recreation Center has announced the addition of an evening session to its Women on Weights Series for the month of October. The first session will run from October 1 through October 29, taking place on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. The new evening session will be held from October 2 through October 23 on Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m. Both sessions will continue to be offered throughout the year.

This introductory series is designed to help women build confidence in the fitness center. Participants will explore various types of equipment and exercise methods, as well as learn how to create safe and effective workout programs tailored to their wellness goals. Each session meets once a week for four weeks.
