Disaster Loans Available for Bridge Fire Victims

Small businesses and individuals affected by the Bridge Fire, which started on September 8th, can now apply for low-interest federal disaster loans through the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA has established two Disaster Loan Outreach Centers to provide application support.
The Disaster Loan Outreach Centers are located at:
1. Mt. Baldy Village Church
6757 Bear Canyon Rd., Mt. Baldy, CA 91759
Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
2. Wrightwood Library – Community Room
6011 Pine St., Wrightwood, CA 92397
Open Monday to Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Thursday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Both locations will be closed on November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
Through these centers, impacted businesses can receive assistance from multi-lingual SBA customer service representatives who can answer questions about the disaster loan program and help with the application process. No appointment is necessary to visit the centers.
Applicants can also obtain more information on disaster assistance at SBA.gov/disaster, call the SBA Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955, or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
The application deadlines for disaster assistance are December 23, 2024, for property damage and July 23, 2025, for economic injury.
