Buckeye City Council Reviews New Site Plan

The Buckeye City Council discussed a new site plan that includes an 8-foot masonry screen wall adjacent to Baseline Road, which will wrap around the corners of the property. Additionally, the site will transition to an 8-foot vinyl-coated chain link fence with privacy slats for the remainder of the property. A 30-foot landscape buffer will also be established along the west property line, featuring repeating 36-inch box trees for screening purposes. The meeting was streamed live, and the full agenda is available on the Buckeye City Government website. Comments during the live event were not addressed by the council to comply with open meeting laws.
