Operation Knight Fall Nabs 13 in Drug Bust

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reported the results of Operation Knight Fall, an 18-month undercover investigation sparked by an anonymous citizen's tip. The operation focused on illegal narcotics and firearms in the Ken Knight area, resulting in 13 arrests.
The operation yielded significant seizures, including:
- 78.8 grams of fentanyl
- 488.8 grams of powder cocaine
- 67.9 grams of crack cocaine
- 314.8 grams of methamphetamine
- 1,849 grams of MDMA and ecstasy
- 31.68 pounds of marijuana, along with 4.51 pounds of marijuana wax
- 6.98 pounds of mushrooms
- 68.4 grams of oxycodone
- $15,000 in cash and $35,000 in jewelry
- Two vehicles used for drug distribution
- 16 firearms, with two connected to previous shootings
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office emphasized the correlation between drugs, firearms, and violence in the community and encouraged residents to report tips that could lead to further investigations.
