Life Care Services has achieved recognition as the most awarded independent senior living company in the history of the J.D. Power U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study. From 2019 to 2024, it has garnered more independent living awards than any other brand.
The company has been ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among independent senior living communities for six consecutive years. Joel Nelson, CEO of LCS, which is the parent company of Life Care Services, expressed pride in this accomplishment. He highlighted that the award reflects the team's dedication to providing a high-quality living experience for nearly 40,000 residents.
