Deputy Arrests Felons with Firearms During Traffic Stop

Last night, a deputy from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station patrolling near Frazier Mountain Park Road conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. During the stop, the deputy discovered that both the driver and the passenger were felons. They were found in possession of loaded firearms, one of which had its serial number removed. The suspects are now in custody and are scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
