Women on Weights Series Returns to Brighton Rec!

The Brighton Recreation Center in Brighton, Colorado, has announced the continuation of its Women on Weights Series in November. The series offers two sessions for participants. The first session is scheduled from November 5 to November 26, meeting on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. The second session runs from October 30 to November 20, with meetings on Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m.

This introductory series is designed to help women build confidence in using the fitness center and will meet once per week for a duration of four weeks. For more information or any questions, individuals can contact Fitness Supervisor Cate at 303-655-2235 or via email at cmajors@brightonco.gov.
